- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 4 whole potatoes, pared and quartered
- 4 carrots, pared and cut in pieces
Directions

1Place frozen chuck roast in roaster.

2Put the mushroom soup over roast. Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours or longer, if desired.

3Uncover and place in veggies.

4Re-cover and continue to bake approximately 1 hour or until veggies are tender. Serve in pan.
