  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck roast
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 4 whole potatoes, pared and quartered
  • 4 carrots, pared and cut in pieces

Directions

    Place frozen chuck roast in roaster.

    Put the mushroom soup over roast. Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours or longer, if desired.

    Uncover and place in veggies.
  4. 4
    Re-cover and continue to bake approximately 1 hour or until veggies are tender. Serve in pan.
