Ingredients

  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Saute pepper and onion in oil until brown.

    Add hamburger; cook 5 minutes or until brown.

    Add tomatoes (not drained, but chopped), water, rice and seasonings.

    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
