- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. canned whole tomatoes
- 1/2 c. hot water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Saute pepper and onion in oil until brown.

2Add hamburger; cook 5 minutes or until brown.

3Add tomatoes (not drained, but chopped), water, rice and seasonings.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
