- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. unpeeled, sliced new potatoes, cooked
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Directions

1Saute onion in butter in a large skillet until crisp-tender. Add soup and milk, stirring until blended.

2Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; bring mixture to a boil.

3Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
