- 4 large potatoes, baked
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 green onion, chopped if desired
- 1/2 c. buttermilk or Blue cheese dressing
Directions

1Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

2Scoop out most of potato. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onion over skins.

3Heat in oven at 350° for 4 to 5 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

4Serve with dressing.
