- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot filling
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 2 c. flour
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Gradually add sugar.

3Beat until light and fluffy.

4Add egg yolks and blend well.

5Gradually add flour; mix well.

6Fold in nuts.

7Put half batter in greased 8-inch square pan.

8Spread apricot filling over this.

9Cover with remaining batter.

10Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour.

11Take from oven and cool. Cut in inch square pieces.

12May be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Store in tight container.
