Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. dry red wine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients, plus dash of pepper in pan.

2Place chicken on top.

3Sprinkle with salt.

4Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.

5Remove chicken, sprinkle with paprika.

6Combine cornstarch and water.

7Stir in skillet.

8Cook and stir to thicken.

9Cook 1 minute more.

10Spoon sauce over chicken. Yields 4 servings, 139 calories per serving.
