  • 1 c. Crisco
  • water
  • 1/2 to whole stewing chicken
  • 6 qt. water
  • 2 whole carrots
  • 2 stalks celery

Directions

    Mix together flour and Crisco.

    Add small amounts of water until dough is soft and workable.

    Roll out to 1/8-inch thick on floured board.

    Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch strips.
