- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Slice onions and saute in butter.

2Add potatoes after 5 minutes.

3Saute potatoes until fork tender.

4Brown the ground beef in separate pan and drain drippings.

5Fold in mushroom soup and ground beef into potato mixture gently.

6Heat and simmer 5 - 7 minutes.
