- 1 lb. super lean hamburger (excellent with venison)
- 5 scallions, chopped small, including the tops
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 c. golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions

1Put oil in a nonstick frypan over medium heat.

2Add scallions, green pepper and carrots.

3Heat until tender.

4Add hamburger and brown.

5Add tomatoes, orange juice, steak sauce and raisins.

6Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

7Serve open-faced on whole wheat buns.
