- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Ladle chili into individual bowls and top with cheese just before serving.
