- 4 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- 12 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 cup cold water
Directions

1Cut ribs into serving size pieces.

2Place in a 5-quart slow cooker.

3Combine barbecue sauce and salad dressing; pour over ribs.

4Sprinkle with garlic.

5cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.

6Remove ribs and keep warm.

7Strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan; skim fat.

8Combine flour and water until smooth; stir into cooking liquid.

9Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minute or until thickened.

10Spoon sauce over the ribs.
