  • 6 whole Medium Apples
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 18 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Directions

    Core, slice, and peel the apples.

    Place in the crock pot.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir.

    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the apples are tender.

    Looking through the lid on mine, the apples appeared to be splitting when tender.

    Mash with a fork, serve warm or chilled.
