- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. celery and parsley flakes (or any seasoning desired)

1Before you go to church Sunday morning, cut up and remove the skin from fryer; salt and flour lightly.

2Arrange in single layer in slow cooker.
