Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs beef flank steak, cut into stir-fry sized strips
- 14 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 34 cup soy sauce
- 34 cup water
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup shredded carrot
- 3 medium green onions, chopped
Directions

1Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

2Place cornstarch in a bowl.

3Coat each piece of steak in cornstarch and place in crock pot.

4Discard any remaining cornstarch.

5Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over beef in crock pot.

6Cook in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.

7Serve over rice, topped with additional sliced green onions.
