- BBQ Rub and sauce.
- Chicken Broth
- Butter
- Powdered lemonade
- Tang

1Chicken thighs.

2Trim to shape. Scrape fat from skin.

3mix equal parts powdered lemonade and tang. Liberally coat chicken. Coat with BBQ rub.

4Place in foil pan, add Chicken broth to 1/2 way up the chicken. Add dab of butter to top of chicken.

5Cook with indirect heat for 1 hour at 275. Remove and turn skin down for 40 min. Flip back for 20. Increase heat to 375 and glaze with BBQ sauce for 8 min.
