- Tony Chachere Creole seasoning

- 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Chop onion; put on top and underneath brisket in baking pan. Shake liquid smoke; pour small bottle over brisket, letting it run underneath.

2Refrigerate overnight.

3Drain.

4Add 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce.

5Sprinkle with Creole seasoning.

6Cover with foil and bake at 250° for 5 hours.

7You can add barbecue sauce the last hour and uncover.
