  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can smoked oysters, drained and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. pecan bits

Directions

    On waxed paper or parchment, press cream cheese flat.

    Place oysters on top and roll jelly roll fashion, starting from long side.

    Roll in pecan bits to cover.

    Chill and serve with crackers.
