- 10.5 oz smoked salmon, flaked
- 1 None avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped
- 1/3 cup Japanese ponzu sauce
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- None None Salmon roe pearls, to serve
- None None Lime wedges, to serve
Directions

1Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.

2Transfer noodles to a large bowl with salmon, avocado and ponzu. Toss gently to coat. Serve topped with cilantro and salmon roe pearls. Accompany with lime wedges.
