- 1 Bobolli (large)
- 3/4 to 1 lb. sliced deli smoked turkey
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced and quartered
- 1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. pesto sauce
- grated Fontinella or Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brush Bobolli with pesto.

2Fold turkey slices in quarters and cover Bobolli with turkey.

3Arrange zucchini, onion, mushrooms and cheese over the turkey.

4Lightly salt and spray pizza pan with Pam or aerosol oil spray.

5Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
