  • 1 (28 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 cup applesauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Partially drain chick peas keeping some juice on reserve to thin hummous if needed.

    Put all ingredients in blender and blend.

    Can add juice in reserve if too thick.

    Serve with homemade pita chips, in a wrap or on a pizza.
