  • 2 to 3 c. fresh or frozen fruit of your choice (strawberries, grapes, bananas, oranges, pears)
  • fruit juice
  • 1/2 c. yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Directions

    Cover fruit with fruit juice.
