  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • smoothie 17 cl., mango and passion fruit
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • vegetable oil 9 cl.
  • raspberries

Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

    2. Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the smoothie and mix well. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Finally, add the vegetable oil and incorporate it into the batter.

    3. Pour the batter into muffin tins. Add a raspberry or two in the middle of each muffin and push it inside.

    4. Bake for 30 minutes.

    5. Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding and cooling them completely on a rack.
