  • 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, boysenberries, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat milk
  • 2 ounce. tofu or possibly 1/2 c. yogurt, if you wish
