- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- lemon juice
Directions

1Cut broilers in half.

2Rub with salt.

4When ready to cook, rub chicken with lemon juice.

5Coat all sides with butter.

6Place in broiling pan, skin side down.

8Brown on both sides under broiler.

9Cover with foil.

10Bake at 275° for 1 to 2 hours.
