- 1 c. celery, chopped
- butter
- garlic salt
- 1 pt. hot water
- 1 can mushroom pieces with liquid
- 1/2 c. white sherry
Directions

1Butter bottom of large baking dish.

2Sprinkle 1 cup chopped celery, then add chicken, skin side up.

3(Chickens should be split down back and then across, making four quarters of each chicken; salt and pepper as desired.)

4Add more butter as desired and garlic salt, if liked.

5Pour 1 pint hot water over.
