  • 1 (4 serving) pkg. butterscotch or chocolate sugar free pudding
  • 2 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. dry powdered milk
  • 2 1/4 c. peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 72 (2 x 2) squares graham crackers

Directions

    Mix pudding and all milk.

    Mix peanut butter into pudding. Put 2 teaspoons pudding mixture onto each of 36 graham crackers. Top with other cracker and freeze.

    When frozen, wrap individually in plastic wrap.

    Return to freezer.
