  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • 5 small onions
  • 2 pcs garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • pinch Hing

Directions

    Soak channa dal in water for 2 hours

    Grind coursely with green chilli, fennel seeds, garlic and Hing Add chopped small onions

    Fry in medium flame till vadai gets well-cooked
