Ingredients

  • 1 or 1 1/2 lb. green beans or 3 cans beans
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 medium size potatoes, cut up
  • 1/2 small onion

Directions

    Fry bacon lightly.

    Add all ingredients to beans.

    Bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until done.

    Season to own taste.
