- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. hot drained green beans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain.

2Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of the bacon fat until tender.

3Add vinegar.

4Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

5Pour over hot beans.

6Crumble bacon atop. Makes 3 or 4 servings.
