- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 9 oz. pkg. hot pepper cheese, cubed
- cracker crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook thawed spinach 3 minutes in boiling water; drain.

3Place in casserole dish.

4Saute onion in butter.

5Stir in flour.

6Slowly add milk while stirring.

7Add cheese; stir to melt.

8Pour over spinach in the casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Drizzle with butter.

10Bake for 20 minutes.
