  • 3 cups Lite Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 1-1/4 cup Lactose Free Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/3 cups Splenda (or Sweenter Of Choice)
  • 1 cup Snickerdoodles, Chopped

Directions

    Wisk together whipped topping, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk in Splenda, starting with 1/3 cup and adding more, to taste. Freeze mixture in an ice cream machine according manufacturer's directions. Mix in the cookies and freeze in an airtight container. Makes about 1 quart ice cream.
