  • 1 pkg. Kraft caramels
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt caramels, milk and oleo.

    (I use microwave.)

    Mix cake as directed on package.

    Pour half of cake batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
