  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix sugar, milk and flavoring in a large bowl. Scoop new fallen snow from the top of a building. Stir snow into the mixture until it becomes thick and smooth.

    It takes a lot of snow.
