- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cake flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Place flour and milk in small pan.

2Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly,

3or until a thickened paste.

4Cool for 15 minutes in refrigerator.

5Transfer to small electric mixer bowl. Add margarine, Crisco and sugar to bowl.

6Mix on medium to high mixer speed until light and fluffy.

7Will ice an 8 or 9-inch layer cake.
