  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients except powdered sugar and blend well.

    Pour into Pam sprayed or greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool thoroughly before slicing.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
