- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 8 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook bacon until partially done.

2Remove from fat; drain. Combine potatoes, onion, mayonnaise, onion and cheese.

3Pour into casserole dish, top with bacon, cut in pieces.

4Top with olive slices (optional).

5Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.
