  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add mushrooms; cook 4 min.

    or until tender, stirring occasionally.

    Beat eggs, Miracle Whip and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended.

    Stir in stuffing mix.

    Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.

    Cover with plastic wrap; freeze until solid.

    Wrap in foil.

    Freeze up to 3 months.

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove foil and plastic wrap.
