Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1/3 c. oil
- 4 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 pkg. fresh chop suey vegetables, cut in sm. pcs
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 4 carrots, thinly diced
- 3 lg. green peppers, diced
- 2 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) shrimp, raw or possibly cooked frzn
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Rinse with cool water.

3Set aside.

4Mix both oils together; heat half of oil mix in large fry pan.

5Combine all vegetables in pan; stir fry.

6Sprinkle 1/2 of garlic pwdr and soy sauce over mix.

7Stir.

8Add in shrimp, mixing well.

9Pour into large dish or possibly casserole; set aside.

10In same fry pan, heat rest of oil.

11Put in cooked spaghetti; stir and fry a few min.

12Sprinkle rest of garlic pwdr and soy sauce over spaghetti.

13Combine vegetable and shrimp mix with spaghetti.

14Stir.

15Serve warm.

16Makes 8-12 servings.
