  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, added one at a time
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Grease and flour a tube pan.

    Pour half of mixture in pan, then mix 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter in pan.

    Pour remainder in pan and bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes.
