  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts, crushed
  • 1/2 c. soda crackers (12), crushed
  • whip cream

Directions

    Mix egg whites and sugar.

    Fold in baking powder, vanilla, crushed nuts and soda crackers.

    Pour into pie plate and cook at 350° for 20 to 35 minutes.

    Put whip cream on top.
