- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1 beaten egg
- coarse salt
Directions

1Stir water and yeast in bowl until dissolved.

2Add salt, sugar and flour.

3Mix.

4Knead and roll into shapes.

5Place on greased cookie sheets.

6Sprinkle with salt, if desired.

7Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.

8Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
