- 1 1/3 c. 110~ lukewarm water
- 3/4 oz. dry yeast
- 4 oz. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/3 c. milk (warm)
- 2 lb. 4 oz. flour (all-purpose)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Active yeast (mix with water).

2Melt margarine.

3Add all other ingredients together with yeast and margarine in mixing bowl with dough hook attachment.

4Mix until dough comes off the bowl.

5Next proof dough until double in size.

6Punch down; separate into 2 ounce balls.

7Place on greased cookie sheet and proof for 30 minutes.

8Bake at 350°.

9Brush with margarine and serve.
