- 8 soft-shell crabs, cleaned
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- peanut or vegetable oil
Directions

1Rinse crabs under cold water and drain.

2Coat them in mixture of bread crumbs, flour, salt and pepper.

3Put 1/8 inch oil in a large frying pan, and fry them over medium heat, about 4 minutes on each side, until nicely browned.
