- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. Chi-Chi's seasoning mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 18 taco shells
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Drain fat.

3Add water and seasoning mix. Simmer 15 minutes, until the liquid is reduced.

4Preheat oven to 350°.

5Combine soups and enchilada sauce.

6Spoon meat mixture into shells and arrange in upright position in baking pan.

7Pour combined sauces evenly over shells.

8Cover with cheese.

9Bake for 15 minutes.
