- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. carrots (8), grated
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs until frothy.

3Gradually add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon that have already been mixed together.

4Mix in carrots and nuts.

5Pour into 3 greased 8-inch pans.
