- 4 fresh sole fillets
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. frozen orange concentrate
- 4 green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Lay 4 pieces of foil, each 10 inches long, on counter shiny-side up.

3Place one fillet in center of each.

4Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 tablespoon orange concentrate and chopped green onion on each.

5Wrap and seal.

6Place on baking sheet.
-
7Bake for 15 minutes.
-
8The extra juice makes a nice sauce. Serve with rice and mandarin orange salad.
