  • 1 lemon wedge
  • Hazelnut Sugar
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces apple brandy
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Frangelico
  • 1 orange twist

Directions

    Moisten the outer rim of a martini glass with the lemon wedge and coat lightly with the Hazelnut Sugar.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    Add the apple brandy, Cointreau, lemon juice and Frangelico.

    Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.

    Garnish with the orange twist.
