- 1 lb pork roast, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 lbs chicken legs
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 3 cups water
- 4 potatoes, chopped
- tomatoes
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 ears corn, cut into 1/3s
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
Directions

1Heat oil in a large pot.

2Add pork and onion; cook until browned.

5Add stock and water; cook 1 hour.

6Add veggies, salt and pepper; cook 45 minutes.
