  • 46 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 4 small summer squash
  • 1 lb Italian sausage, browned

Directions

    Put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

    Lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.

    Spread sliced summer squash over noodles.

    Top with 1/2 the browned sausage.

    Add another layer of sauce.

    Layer on 1/2 of the cheese.

    Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.

    Top with more sauce.

    Lay all spinach on top of sauce.

    Add remaining sausage.

    Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.

    Pour remainder of sauce over this all.

    Cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.

    Remove foil, top with remaining cheese.

    Continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
