- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 4 small summer squash
- 1 lb Italian sausage, browned

1Put 1 c sauce on bottom of sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

2Lay 3 uncooked noodles over sauce.

3Spread sliced summer squash over noodles.

4Top with 1/2 the browned sausage.

5Add another layer of sauce.

6Layer on 1/2 of the cheese.

7Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.

8Top with more sauce.

9Lay all spinach on top of sauce.

10Add remaining sausage.

11Lay 3 uncooked noodles on top.

12Pour remainder of sauce over this all.

13Cover with foil - bake one hour at 350 degrees.

14Remove foil, top with remaining cheese.

15Continue baking for approx 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.

16Let set 10 minutes b4 cutting.
