  • 2 2/3 c. mashed potato mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.

    Add egg, onions and salt, stirring until blended.

    Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese, then bake, uncovered, at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 8 servings.
